There were 38 hospital deaths of those tested positive announced for England today.It's funny you mention Scotland which has a higher per million death rate than England (though I have to say I hate these 'league table' comparisons)..
I believe there were 0 in hospital deaths so most of these won't have a positive test and will have happened over the past few weeks / months.
