Does anybody know if statistics are available for people testing positive who have already had a vaccine? I did a test recently and was asked if I've been vaccinated (I've now had both doses) so this information is being tracked it would appear. Thanks

In the states specifically they do not count a positive case for someone who has been vaccinated unless they are hospitalised or die. I wouldn't be surprised if that's exactly the same here and that's why you were asked.

The double standards are absolutely incredulous but it of course is done to support the pharmaceutical industry.

It isn't the case in the USA . . . or it won't be till tomorrow, when cases more than 14 days after both doses of vaccine will only be counted for hospitalisations and deaths. Up until a week ago their vaccination break through cases were low.

In the UK, about 8% of current cases are people over 60 (most of whom, but not all, have had both doses.

Hey bear is that table saying that only 1% of all covid deaths are amongst those vaccinated and 99% are unvaccinated deaths? If that is the case that is great news.

It is indeed excellent news but should be tempered with this isn't all breakthrough cases it was only reported ones and as stated the reporting is now stopping.

Anyway enough chatting on here, nice talking with you as always @Laughing and @bear66

No. 1% of totally vaccinated people who get covid died up to 26 April.

From the time of people starting to be totally vaccinated, 148,000 people died in the USA. So it's nearer 0.1% of deaths are fully vaccinated people.

In the USA, Pfizer and Moderna have been the major vaccination types.

It does in the USA with Moderna and Pfizer and in the UK on Tuesday it was said that the Pfizer vaccine reduced infections by 97% after two doses, but too early to put a number on two AZ doses (which seemed to give a 50% reduction after one dose from the graphs presented).
Thought so. Excellent news. Vaccination progress is key now.

Great vaccination figures 👍

Sky doing their best to scare people by saying today's figures are the biggest day on day increases in cases since the 27th April.

Absolutely pathetic reporting!!!
