Who do you think is going to be our number 9?

I would be shifting Forss back centrally but what do I know...

I certainly wouldn't have started the season with Crooks at 10. I hope Latte works out.
 
If we don't bring another striker in then presumably Coburn will stay. I can't see us being happy with only Lath and Rogers being able to play as striker. He clearly doesn't fancy Forss there or he would have started there in the first two games.
 
A pacey front man like Lath might bring out the best in the rest of the team - players like Crooks and Forss may get more room in which to work - lets see how we go first -we are only two games in - how many points did we have on the board when MC took the reigns last year?

He's our main striker. But we're signing another striker as we're sending Coburn out on loan.

I think we'll be in for another midfielder and that will be it.

The league really isn't all that strong, as much as everyone bangs on every year about how tough it is. I remember when Mowbray had a rag bag team of waifs, strays and Eastern European journeymen top of the league, granted we plummeted in typical Mowbray fashion in the new year and just missed out on the play offs but that team was severely lacking in quality and we were competitive. Our squad now is decent, we're undeniably weaker than last year (as we're missing one or two Premier League loaners), but we'll be competitive.
