Remember when at school in some of our history lessons we would be shown 'world at war' narrated by Laurence Olivier, still love watching those to this day

One thing, though that's missing - it was made when the activities of Bletchley Park were still top secret so the work of Turing and his code breakers doesn't get a mention, and we now know that was one of the most important parts leading up to the final result.

Anyone who likes the history of WW2 should read any book by Anthony Beevor. All are brilliant.

Yes. It's about a group of soldiers who are wrongly accused of a crime (robbing a bank) that they did not commit, who promptly escaped from a maximum security compound to the Los Angeles underground.
