Gigs you wish you were at.

Sex Pistols in 1976 (pre Sid)
Specials in 1979 (saw them in 2015), or even better all of Specials/Madness/Selecter on the 2 Tone tour
1970s Abba for a good view of Agnetha wiggling her bum !
New Order 1982/1983 in the Temptation/Blue Monday era
The Jam - probably their later years when they had their full disgography
Style Council 1983/1984

Quiet Life was the peak for me. Sublime and totally unique.

The three big ones just showed their progression and what hugely talented musicians they are. I frequently listen to the Hammersmith Odeon gig from 81 on You Tube and the sound is just incredible. Mick Karn? Has there ever been a better bassist? Even Paul McCartney was a huge fan.

Bass player myself. Did it for a living way back. In my bass player list he is up there wit Lemmy and James Jamerson.

The Stone Roses - Blackpool 89
The Pistols - Manchester Lesser Free Trade Hall
The Clash and Joy Division anywhere

I must have met about 500 people that claimed to be at the Libertines gig @ the Arena in 2004. I wasn't even there myself, as I was sick as a dog, but did have a ticket, but about 10x the number that were there, have claimed to be there I bet

Same applies to Arctic Monkeys at Ku Bar!

Some good bands there, did you all miss them because you are so young!!
Looks like an old chap as I am has been lucky to see a few of them. Japan were great, New Order and Joy Division one of a kind. Sex Pistols scary.
I still wish I had seen Durutti Column, Magazine, Still time to see the Strokes somewhere.
