Close to signing Latte Lath .. ?

Looks good on there, pacey, nimble, explosive, aggressive, can use head and both feet. The trouble is all the rest that we don't see. Hopefully the scouts were not wearing blinkers when they watched him and we get him for a decent fee. It's a risk, but he's the type of player we should be looking at as we can't afford the ready-made striker that some of our fans are expecting.

If as expected, Akpom leaves, I hope we get someone relatively experienced in and/or give Coburn a chance to stake his claim up front (when fit). This guy is a bit of a gamble, but maybe finances dictate that is all we can afford.
 
This one’s quite hot off the press, you could say. Full steam ahead for Boro. Apologies for milking it but I think his origins stand him in good stead. I know his record shows he’s bean around a bit already I think it’s quite a scoop. He looks like he’s got good strength. It’s good to see Boro about to mocha the most of a new scouting network. He had the chance to stay in Italy with AS aroma sniffing around but seems set for Boro. Hopefully he signs soon as I’m not sure I like this constant drip-drip of information. Hopefully Bausor can grind them down and get it over the line as it seems this one has been percolating for a while. Though as ever with new signings, it’s about getting the right blend. But he looks better than the current crop. I’d like some positive news to filter down soon but a transfer stand-off is Boro’s speciality. If he does sign I’m optimistic he’ll do well in the cups. It’s a shame he never signed in time to play against Auxerre as it would’ve been good to see him up against a French press.
