I think there will be plenty of opportunities for fans to feedback on the ways forward - how would they like the Riverside experience to go next season - within the parameters that the safety authorities lay down. But how can we make it a bigger event on match day and that regards people that cannot get to the match as well as those going to the match. That's good news on the Boro Pride Rob. Many thanks. I know i'm often critical of the club (and sometimes of the supports group) but that is a step in building connections with a significant section of the fan base which is obviously more important than ever right now.
Virtual Concourses - with big match build up can involve those that are exiled from the town/club one way or another.
But there will be opportunities to think about the whole match experience - what works for people - what people would enjoy before/after the game.
The club will be aware they need to work far harder than ever to make these reconnections.
