No room for sentiment I'm afraid, this is a huge job, and it has to be the right person. Leo unfortunately is too friendly, too liked and that can lead to players taking the pish.I'd actually like to see him given a chance. I know we've been down the road of bringing in rookie managers, but Leo lives and breathes this club, and I think the players respect him. If he gets results early on the club may give him until the World Cup before making a decision either way.
The truth is usually somewhere in the middle. YEs he wasn't given the tools he needed, but he also didn't use the tools he had well enoughfeels to me like he wasn't properly backed and given the tools by 'those upstairs'
Haha classUche liked the post confirming Wilders sacking.
Can't see him leaving BMG for us - a massive Bundesliga club with UCL aspirations.Daniel Farke must be on the list too given the connection.
He is managing in the Bundesliga. No chance of us a) paying compensation, and b) him coming here.Daniel Farke must be on the list too given the connection.
It was always a selling point when recruiting managers: 'Gibson doesn't sack them at the drop of a hat'. That's gone.Something seriously wrong behind the scenes here. A managerial graveyard of sackings to back that up - where does the club go from here?
Says it all doesn’t itUche liked the post confirming Wilders sacking.
It says a player who he wanted rid of doesn't like him. It doesn't say it all. It says the blindingly obvious.Says it all doesn’t it
I did try and tell you all.
It wasn’t a happy shipIt says a player who he wanted rid of doesn't like him. It doesn't say it all. It says the blindingly obvious.
Can’t see any of our motley crew standing toe to toe with Leo, especially if Cattermole’s holding his coatNo room for sentiment I'm afraid, this is a huge job, and it has to be the right person. Leo unfortunately is too friendly, too liked and that can lead to players taking the pish.
