Wilder sacked

I wouldn't be against that appointment.

The football played by his Leeds team was great to watch with results to back it up as well.

Or.

Bring Karanka home.
He is home - at Granada. They started well too although I see they have only won 1 in the last 5 and haven't scored for 3 games.

I agree.

I'd actually like to see him given a chance. I know we've been down the road of bringing in rookie managers, but Leo lives and breathes this club, and I think the players respect him. If he gets results early on the club may give him until the World Cup before making a decision either way.
It would probably work short term, but I think it would be a dead cat bounce. Experience and not Sean Douche please.

Genuinely surprised (and gutted if I'm honest), although to go from overperforming last season to underperforming this, the writing was probably on the wall.

Next appointment is vital - we simply can't afford ANOTHER rebuild so it needs to be someone who, by and large, continues the methods put in place by Wilder (if not the results!)

Take your pick, but in my opinion it's an incredibly uninspiring list.

He’s been out of ideas since he arrived if we’re being totally honest
That's not true. First few games he got the team playing some really good football. Press worked, possession football was the norm and the results proved it. Somewhere along the line it went wrong and we can all speculate on a number of reasons but to say that he never had any ideas to start with is pretty much nonsense.

Probably to be expected, silly timing though just before a game and after an international break. It won’t improve things long term imho.

Why shouldn't it? It was his first foray into the 2nd tier and he struggled. Do we want another manager cutting his teeth? I would rather we go for somebody with gravitas. Burnley did brilliantly to get Kompany and many poured scorn on that idea. We want fresh ideas and a new start and a name who can attract players to the North East the way Robbo did.

Get Edwards and I could see us in League 1 very quickly.
Because he had 9 games with Watford.

9 games.

Are seriously going to judge a manager on 9 games?

If we're continuing with the (hugely out-of-touch) system of only looking at managers out of work, that does suggest there may be movement quickly on the replacement, indeed they'll likely already have been spoken to.

Graham Baily (I know, I know!) suggesting we've spoken with Coberan - yes please!
