Why did we sit on a 2-1 lead against 10 men?

I spent 25 minutes waiting for the sucker punch. We should have killed them off.
1. We played on Monday and have another game in 4 days, playing against 10 men allowed us to slow things down and keep the players fresh for the next game.
2. They still were a real threat going forward and could have hit us on the break if we kept throwing players forward.

We didn't exactly stop creating chances, but it made sense to slow the game down and stop taking risks. I think we managed the game perfectly.

It’s difficult when the opposition go down to ten men. Do you stick or twist, especially with Brereton Diaz and Gallagher in their team. They are still third, no mugs.

Of course we all want to see us score three or four but the game plan was good - we did sit back a little bit they didn’t create much and we could have had a couple more with better finishing. History book sees a Boro win 👍🏻

Jesus wept. We've just beaten the team third in the league, away from home you whingeing get.🙄
If we push lots of men forward, it means they have more chance of catching us on the break. We saw the game out professionally, they're at home you'd expect them to come at us to some extent but they never created a clear cut chance after we scored.
Some people if a supermodel offered to come round and have sex with them next Tuesday would moan that it would mean missing homes under the hammer...
