I have a couple of he reads this forum. Feel free to add what I missed

1. McNair cant defend ie he is not a defender
2. These players dont seem to understand 3 5 2, 5 3 2. Try 4 at the back
3. Jones prob needs to play Right Mid and be allowed some creativity
4. Giles has a great delivery but positionally a bit naive, try him Left mid maybe
5. Crooks needs sending for his operation asap
6. Fry is a good stopper but Maldini he is not.
7. The fans here want to see football played on the floor. They like the centre forward to have a partner. We like crosses into the box we have had downing ripley adomah geremi etc.

Run away - go quickly, don’t look back - you have a Chairman who has lost interest and just wants out. An Executive who sign players purely on price and wouldn’t know a footballer if he bit them on their backside. You have lumps of deadwood, McNair, Howson, Crooks that somehow play every week and offer zero. Your best players are loaned from EPL clubs who if they have any sense will head back asap for a loan to a proper club. Whoever you are you are a patsy for Gibson to over promise to before sacking you whilst he hides away in his ivory tower. I know you are desperate or you would never had applied but being a Boro manager now means future oblivion - see Pulis, Warnock etc.

Any new manager has their hands full with this lot?

The team is made up of some of Wilder's signings to play a certain way and some to fit the "development model" implemented with the new head of football/scouting for the future.
Which leaves us with the following problems;

1) We have been left with half a finished squad worsened by the late acceptance of Tav leaving with no ready replacement.
2) We have zero midfield unless you're sticking to slow, side way passing (see point 1.)
3) We have a left wing back yet no one who can play comfortably on the right in a similar role. ( so the side is constantly unbalanced and we get found out down that side every time)
4) We're trying to fix POINT 1 which is the energy in midfield by blooding a youngster who needed perhaps another season out on loan.
5) We loaned in a forward and partnered him with a player who was ultimately told to do one in pre-season (who also suffers from heart of pea syndrome)
6) We allowed a creative and experienced midfielder (COMPARED TO HACKNEY) to go back to Argentina without giving him a run of games (see point 1)
7) We allowed our manager to continue to bull press and fans with his reluctance to rule himself out of any job going from Burnley to the Chancellor's job
8) We should have acted in the International break and allowed Wilder to leave giving us 10 days to find a suitable replacement but waited until it was over
9) We now have no clear direction or vision and the lack of communication from the higher management screams of panic

If we as fans can see this within minutes surely a manager with limited experience can see it? We need to revert to a back 4 become more solid and stop conceding early on so we can grow in confidence.
Clarke has clearly played through pain earlier in the season and Crooks needs removing from the firing line for a bit. So go with something like..

Steffen

Bola --- Fry(Dijksteel) --- Lenihan/Clarke --- Smith(Fisher)

Giles(McNair) --- McGree(Crooks) --- Howson (Hackney) --- Jones(Watmore)

Muniz (Hoppe) --- Akpom (Forss)

Be prepared to be blamed by the gazette (under Gibbo instruction) in less than 12 months for the weak squad you didn’t ask for, the coaches you had to keep and signings you asked for you didn’t get and the failed ones you got you didn’t ask for.

I’m shocked we’ve not managed to appoint anyone tbh.
