Whats ur message to the new manager

Deliver us a team that wears the shirt with pride and one that is willing to compete for ninety minutes or you
will be playing in front of an empty stadium sooner than you think.
We are loyal fans but we are not stupid and we will not finance a luxury lifestyle for those that don't deliver at
the expense of our own families in these hard and difficult times.

I don't think it's an issue. I imagine any new gaffer who is well down the line interview wise woukd have left after 30 mins 😂

1) The club knew Bournemouth were sniffing around Tav for weeks and done nothing to bring in a replacement.

2) we let Payero leave without a replacement coming in

3) we took a player on loan who wasn’t good enough to get into a rivals team.

4) we give Howson a nee 1 year deal, but leep him as 1st team regular rather than becoming a bit part player after a replacement should have arrived.

Midfield controls games. They defend, they attack. Ours seem to do none of that. Hopeless.

I’d bet my last fiver Wilder knew this and it will of affected his “demeanour”. Especially when he was told no to targets and handed Hoppe ffs. Gibbo/Bausor/recruitment team fiasco has decimated that squad for years and spunked millions up the wall….and are planning to continue this going forwards - now calling it forward thinking. Our squad is a shambles.
 
Its worrying that we buy "project" players (?) who are the same age as our reserve players - incubate them - and say they are "for the future".
Sounds like financial "football" hedge-funding - not an investment in the current squad.

Also the buying of project players, then loaning another clubs project players and giving them game time each week to develop (Muniz, Connolly) then leave your project players (Hoppe, Forss, Payero) on the bench.
