This feels like something you’d see in the developing nations

I didn't;'t though. I gave you a picture: I have seen the empty shelves for myself, others on here have seen the empty shelves. It's weird how it's only the brexit defender who claim to have not seen empty shelves. it's almost as if you see what suits your agenda and ignore the rest. I didn't ignore any other delivery issues. I asked an (as yet unanswered) question about why no EU country with covid doesn't have the same delivery issues. The answer being that it's because they haven't lost so many drivers thanks to Brexit and the ridiculous freedom of movement it has brought upon us.

I honestly, and perhaps naively, thought that when the food started running out some of you would go "Yeah. maybe there are issues with brexit. I am genuinely stunned that people like yourself can just deny something that is blatantly happen. I shudder to think how low you'll stoop to defend brexit if you're prepared to ignore food shortages. It's scary to me how low you have sunk.
There are no shortages in my supermarket as I stated.

You say it's a claim when it's a fact.

I won't deny if others have seen shortages but I haven't. Resorting to insults as usual.

I don't stoop but reported what I say. Keep on with the Brexit Goggles.

Well there were about a dozen bananas left in my local Co-Op this evening with a sign on the shelf apologising for the shortage due to supply difficulties. I got a bunch of four. How weird that when there was no toilet paper shortage people panic bought and emptied the shelves yet now that food is really in short supply nobody seems to be bothered. Incredible.

No individual packets of crisps in the Coop in Stokesley. Mind you their 'ambient replenishment' is a bit hit and miss at the best of times. :)

Just been in Aldi at Coulby… every shelf full, so much so it was stacked at the end of the aisles.

they even had a truck in delivering more.

oh and they had tonnes of broccoli… it was packed so tight I couldn’t get any out

Totally trolltastic   ............someone tell Sainsburys in town that their shelves should of been empty when i visited at 7-00pm tonight, how anyone can spend all day everyday constantly trying to prove they are right is beyond me
Dont have a lot of time for BL & Nobby stuff ..., but they are light relief compared to some.........love you really NB BL ...... , how on earth do you find time to post 100+ times a day & turn it all to brexit ???

My Names Benji , & i am a cultist :D:D:D

Well people might not be panic buying but the Welsh feline population are clearly spooked.

It’ll be Pedigree Chum next. You’ll see.

It might be but we can’t blame Brexit for pet food shortages though. The industry in the UK is worth £3billion and of that £2.8billion is manufactured on these shores.

Despite being called an ignorant brexiteer yesterday from a certain hypocritical poster because I hadn’t noticed food shortages where I shop, I actually voted remain. I’m not happy with leaving the EU as I work for a European owned company and brexit has and is causing me issues when importing items. I just don’t feel the need to berate others who voted differently to me. As I’m not a bully.

Someone needs to tell the cats there’s no need to panic but then 👍🏼

You know this fine well but it’s all food shortages not just pet food shortages. You can’t complain about being called ignorant and than make an ignorant statement
