To be fair I thought he lived in London, unless he was just passing Sainsbury's Bangor.Oh come on! Don't let the truth get in the way of a full blown Smalltown anti Brexit rant.

And herein lies the problem doesn't it. I've seen the empty shelves for myself and also seen the things that are in stock with ridiculously low sell by dates. Problem with this current country we live in is people like you can scream "fake news" and choose to ignorer any problem. Why you would WANT to ignore food shortages, or anything that directly affects you, is another story. I can't think why you would but fine.As the lady said previously, she'd actually been shopping , you know, in real life, and didn't see any empty shelves. My wife does the shopping usually and hasn't once mentioned any shortages. You went online looking for pics of empty shelves where the cat food was. I know who I believe.
Careful. The cult will accuse you of lying. Maybe that's the depressing thing about this thread? Not the jokes about food shortages. but the flat out denial of them?We got a ffod Sainsbury delivery in Newquay. More than half of the items were either poor substitutions or not available at all.
Never known such times,
Getting members banned in the processThe problem is you using random pics off google to try and justify yourself. As has been mentioned previously, you live in London, yet saw empty shelves where cat food once was in a store in Wales?
The cat food had been recalled by the manufacturers due to sudden deaths in cats. Do you choose to ignore the truth because it doesn't fit your agenda or is it "fake news"
I have seen empty shelves in mbro sainsburys, been like that for weeks but it's getting worse. In lldl today they was a poor selection of fresh fruit and veg, no herbs etcThe problem is you using random pics off google to try and justify yourself. NO, that was an example of what was happening. I chose ti because of the ridiculousness of sainsbury's actually putting little pictures of food on the shelves instead of food. It shows how crazy the situation is.The problem is you using random pics off google to try and justify yourself. There are shortages with some products however the crux of your argument is that is entirely the fault of Brexit, a “fact” that has been utterly debunked by information provided direct from the BRC and media reports both sources clearly stating it is only one of the factors.NO, that was an example of what was happening. You can keep denying there are food shortages all you want. You'd be incorrect though
I was in Sainsbury in Newquay last week, never saw any empty shelves. Even the beer and cider aisle was fairly well stocked considering the weather. We got a ffod Sainsbury delivery in Newquay. More than half of the items were either poor substitutions or not available at all.

Maybe you should go to Aldi instead of Sainsburys in the Boro. I was in there recently and all the shelves were well stocked. I was even able to buy some diving boots, a mig tig welder combo and some pepperoni pizza pocketsI have seen empty shelves in mbro sainsburys, been like that for weeks but it's getting worse. Glad you could get the food staples.Maybe you should go to Aldi instead of Sainsburys in the Boro. I was in there recently and all the shelves were well stocked. I was even able to buy some diving boots, a mig tig welder combo and some pepperoni pizza pockets
May well have been the case. I rented a house hence we got a delivery there. Of course it just have been a bone idle picker but we get deliveries back homebin Yorkshire every fortnight and rarely have issues.I was in Sainsbury in Newquay last week, never saw any empty shelves. Brexit Britain!Made the first reply yesterday querying why the OP thought pictures of food were being shown as it seemed an imaginative interpretation of the photo.
The assertion that the absence of some supplies of cat food likened us to a third world country seemed equally imaginative.
Linking the absence of some supplies of cat food to shortages of food heightened the level of imagination to new levels.
So I was surprised when I came in from golf today to see the topic had exploded.
No one will be interested but I am happy to report that Tesco in Market Weighton had salmon, noodles and Pac Choi so dinner is saved.
A few gaps on wine and bottled water shelves but apart from that all looked normal.
Evidence enough that society is about to implodeNo digestives in Sainsbury's today. Rich Tea stocks running low.
You're right - Brexit seems to have led to highly imaginative attempts to denigrate the country.Brexit Britain!
I don’t think seeing empty shelves In Supermarkets and realising Brexit is to blame is particularly imaginative. Just saying what I see really. You're right - Brexit seems to have led to highly imaginative attempts to denigrate the country.
