They’ll be well drilled but they look weaker at centre half than they have in previous seasons.

McNair (liability) Coulson (MIA) and Crooks (less than bang average plank). All triers but those are the kindest words I can find for them.

Lets be realistic (not negative). There is very little creativity in that team. They came with a plan, and we did not have the talent to break them down. And the way McNair was sent to the shops for the goal said it all.

Early days but this should be the wake up call in respect of the loan signings that Carrick really needs... given that we appear to want to spend nothing.

This was the team that we played last game of last year which the manager was able to transform from plodders into promotion chasers.

Only Giles and Steffen played. We need certainty didn’t miss the goalkeeper today.

Today we were sterile, but the transfer window doesn’t shut tomorrow.

I’m not quite ready to abandon all hope we have with the team we have at the moment.

All I did was state the other players aside from Watmore they had that could be dangerous and a potential weakness of theirs based on a chat with a colleague and you had to go and be a bell about it.

I’m not sure about how it didn’t go well for me. We lost to a team that finished just outside the playoffs last year in possibly the most competitive league in the world.

We will beat better teams than them this season. In a two horse it wasn’t inconceivable we would finish second.

It didn’t go well for you in the sense you made a cocky and unwarranted response to a normal football comment suggesting Millwall weren’t of concern and that didn’t prove to be the case.

No I didn’t. The title of the thread was that I think we will get beat I posted about people being too negative I will challenged you on the basis of your negativity that’s all and you have responded subsequently by being personally offensive.

You don’t have to be offensive to people who take a different view to things.
