Oh yeah, not taking anything away form Brighton, they are a class above. But, if Lenihan was playing, I don't think we'd be getting pulled all over like we are. This is a tough test and I think it shows we need another defender, McNair isn't up to it.

And lost 7-3. It is not demoralising at all. In fact its an excellent pointer as to where we need to step up if we want to go up next season. We need more pace.

Disagree, he’s tried to win the game, the Burnley defeat showed that confidence isnt that fragile

They tipped up with their A game. It wouldn't have mattered what we did. Sometimes you get lucky, mostly you don't.

We are in big trouble if Lenihan is out for long. Clarke returning to what he was at previous clubs would be our only hope because McNair looks finished which is bizarre really.

Brighton want to win the cup and have a very realistic chance to do so, they have turned up with that attitude and we are simply not at their level.
