No but it is a subject that Starmer could be attacked over and he knows it.

I agree on the fuss. It is a total non event in my view. Bigger things to focus on.

The cross issue aside, I don't like it.
I haven't thought that a single shirt Nike has produced for England was any good.

So why not make a response in line with the one Southgate made. Starmer is playing to the crowd he wants to win votes from, and in doing so he's losing votes from the people he doesn't think can go anywhere else. As a short-term strategy it might pay dividends but longer-term I think he, and Labour, will come to regret it.

bit of an o.g. by the F.A. imo. They have an ex Millwall exec in charge of fan relations 🤣

Nike fully involve them in kit design and the F.A. give the final approval.

As for the up in arms flag shaggers. Wait till they find out that St George was born in Turkey to a couple of Greeks and served in the Roman army. They are going to have a complete meltdown, and will probably call on Seven Bins Sunack to put him on the first flight to Rwanda.
