This was the USA football kit & their olympic tracksuits...The US has a Flag Code written into law. The US shirt doesn't feature the flag at all.

ISTBC but I think US Flag law is intended to protect actual flags from being made into clothes, cut up etc and flags from being used for advertising purposes rather than preventing designers using elements from the flag, colours, stars & stripes in their designs.

It’s funny that people are angry about the way colours have been altered in one flag but insist the altered version represents another flag despite the colours being in a different order.
