Also notable had an altercation with The Krankies which involved the police being called.

Loads of famous bands/musicians. Some very much more famous than others. Most famous was probably Prince I reckon.

Few of my faves are probably Amy Winehouse who was an absolute sweetheart, lovely girl before things went wrong for her.

Then Kool from Kool and the Gang was also brilliant. Very down to earth bloke.

Taylor Swift was also really nice and lovely to speak to. She spent a good 10 mins chatting to me and a client I was out with one evening. She even told her security to b***r off while she chatted with us.

Gazza came round mine on my 7th birthday, he was in the pub we were eating in and my folks asked him if he fancied popping over for a kick about with the kids. We got taxis back to ours, he and Jimmy five bellies were already there. Went over the park, signed my puma kings and kissed my mam on the way out! Surreal experience. (That’s his shirt hanging in the front room window😂)

I haven't met anyone really famous but I did once meet the bloke who played Roy Cropper on Coronation Street.
And I met the bloke who played Kryten in Red Dwarf. Do they count?

Drank beer for a couple of hours, last night, with Whitfield Crane, after their gig in Wolverhampton. Genuine hero of mine, and he supped Moretti and joked and laughed and sang like one of the boys. Truly memorable night 🤘

Now we are off on a tangent…. had a psis alongside
Souness and Slaven both in the Kirk (at different times, I might add)
Ah yes, that reminds me of using a urinal in a crowded toilet at Aberdeen Airport. Mid-flow, at the one next to me appeared Sir Alex Ferguson. Couldn't believe it when a guy came up to him and actually tried to shake his hand!

Glen Tipton offered him Rob Halford's job I do believe.

Brian Johnson was a very warm and engaging chap, I'm a huge AC/DC fan so my judgement may be a bit coloured (though I don't think so 😍)
Sat next to Claudia Winkleman all night without knowing who she was (she was very nice and good fun)
My all time favourite.....and absolute hero, was George Best, spent an evening sat with him at a sportsmans dinner and he was funny, humble, interesting and welcoming, an absolute gent. It was during his drinking days and I have to say that even now, looking back, he didn't cross any lines. Lovely fella.

Don't know how many here are into heavy music but I've met Matt Heafy and the rest of Trivium who are my absolute hero's. We stood in the snow to meet them and there was 5 of us and they stood and spoke to us for at least 45 minutes. Even listened to my band at the time, followed me on Twitter to!
Absolutely incredible guys
