You mean the hospital's that were built? The company that build them went belly up because the margins were to tight. Are you suggesting doctors should build them themselves?
University fees, only repayable after £28k, and then a tiny part of their income. Next

I presume you know the political origin of the terms "left" and "right" ?
Those terms explain nothing - used as slurs and derogatory terms to detract from real debate and learning.
