This is just awful and very difficult to understand. Attacking children? Surely only the work of a very disturbed individual?

While the time for such discussions is certainly later, I hope a thorough investigation can be carried out on how we should really be dealing with pervasive mental health issues, social isolation, and the protection of vulnerable people in our country.

Disturbed?? maybe, however they may have been the very target to cause as much social ire as possible.. just because it's a depraved thing to do doesn't - automatically - mean there was no consciousness behind the action..

I'll await the investigation & will - then - make my mind up..

That’s fair. I wasn't intending to speculate on the motives or reason driving the attacker during this act. I rather was hoping to convey that I hope we can have a proper investigation into what has gone on here and adjust properly as a society to make the country a better, safer place.

Point scoring? What are you talking about? I was just pointing out that it wasn't a nursery, it was apparently a hypnobirthing centre.
