Sadly one of the victims has died. Apparently it was in or near a nursery/day care centre for toddlers. Who ever did this absolutely no punishment not even capital punishment would be sufficient, this is beyond evil.

Feel sick reading about this, I've got two kids at nursey age. Those poor kids and can't imagine what the parents must be going through.

Hope they all pull through and the reports of one of person dying aren't true.
