He isn’t a better right back than Smith at all. He’s an orthodox wing back who excelled out on loan playing in a specific system and style of play. Luckily for us as we could then shift him for stupid money.

Smith couldn’t play wing back, Spence can’t play right back. Smith is a better right back, Spence is a better wing back.

I think we ask a lot of our full backs in the system we play.

If they aren't dropping a b0ll0ck regularly and going relatively unnoticed then they are playing well.

Yeah, absolutely, price you pay for trying to play attacking football, you're going to get caught out time to time, which is why I don't make a big deal if someone like Dijksteele makes an error, we gain more the other end through the support.

Id argue until the sun comes down that Jones was a better RWB than Spence that season, 9 Assists and 1 goal vs 5 and 2, Jones also caused our opponents to score a good 5 or 6 own goals. Spence was good but for me Jones was better.
