Djed Spence

He’s got no chance of making this upcoming World Cup squad.

He’s not going to jump ahead of Walker, Trippier, Alexander Arnold or James, within a few months
Anything is possible if he starts the season well .The way England played in the summer maybe needs a freshing up .If his attitude is right he can go far spurs is perfect for him.

England are blessed with RB/RWB theres no way on earth hes going to the world cup. Add to the fact hed only have a couple of months in the prem.

He'll end up like Sessegnon, hardly play this season and gradually get more game time. Not even sure if he plays much??

...and the rest... Unfortunately for Spence, RB is Englands strongest position...

Alexander Arnold, James, Walker, Trippier, Max Aarons, Walker-Peters, Luke Ayling, Lamptey, James Justin, Wan-Bissaka, Maitland-Niles. Pretty sure I'm missing 3-4 others too.

England have the worlds best RWB in Alexander-Arnold, no way is anyone moving him out the way, and agree with above theres about 7 Id say who come before him.

Hopefully one day yeh becuase it can only be a good thing, but this world cup is at least 4 years too soon haha

Will be a 50m rated England player within a year if things go the right way maybe the world cup squad for him.
"IF"

How many players have been the next big thing then either don't make it to their potential or are just at a steady level?

24 year old with over 130 premier league appearances at RB. Just because he's had a bad season in a bad united side, doesn't put Spence ahead of him for England.
Aye, and 90 of those were for a side who largely finished above Spurs too.

Is that the same sleepy Trent who cost Liverpool the champions League

Based on his one good season for Forest that's a hell of a statement. Especially when things haven't "gone right" at 2 of his 3 clubs so far.
Forest over achieved most of last season too. So much so that they got promoted. We know that Djed has it in him to let his head drop if his team has a difficult spell.

PL benchwarmer at best / loaned back to the championship next summer isn’t out of the question.
