Digital Season Ticket Advice at Boro

I can’t find my season card.

I am trying to get round the problem by downloading a ticket to my IPhone digital wallet.

I downloaded once before and it didn’t work at the turnstiles.


There is nothing in my digital wallet at all about MFC.

I have clicked on the Sheff Wed game on my digital wallet there is a section saying add to mobile wallet but it is greyed out and I can’t get it to activate on either my phone or iPad.

If anyone can help I would be grat
 
My Digital card is still showing the Sheff Wed game, is there anything I need to do to update it or will it just accept it anyway?
 
My digital card wasnt in my apple wallet today, still had my plastic card with me so just used that! it usually updates not long after the previous home game but wasnt there at all!
 
Question and answer about transfering digital ticket to someone else. My questions to Ticket Office asked and answered this morning.

Q: Could you tell me whether a digital ticket holder is able to transfer their ticket to someone else yet - or should they come to the ticket office for a paper ticket?

A: Yes this can be transferred if it is adult to adult, over 65 to over 65 etc. We can also issue a paper ticket if needed.

Q: A couple of new digital season ticket holders have asked if Swansea City should have appeared in their google wallet yet.

A: This needs to be downloaded from their MFC digital account first and make sure NFC is enabled on your device before doing so.

Not everyone has mobile phones.. lots of people are downgrading from smartphones as they are really bad for your mental health.

Mine and my sons season cards have apparently ‘expired’ - so we’re both forced to have smartphones and take them to the games.

How about if you just don’t want to?

You should be able to ask for replacements. My card still works.

As said you certainly won't be forced to have a smart phone just to have a digital season ticket. Go to the Ticket Office. If you need any help etc just let me know. But you certainly will not be forced into this move.

How do I do this? I'm delayed offshore and my dad id going on Saturday instead, can I send him a my pass easily? I can't see anything obvious on the two sites that tells me how to. He's android and I'm iPhone. He's also in his 70's and not very tech savvy .:oops:

Sorted it.

It is pretty poor that the guidance is on one side of the site and your account where you do it from is on the other.

Surely there should be a simple 'transfer ticket' under your ST tab? With a help button with step-by-steps?

Far too helpful, sensible and logical for the Boro ticket office
 
Anyone know how as a season ticket holder I get to select my own seat? Doesn’t show as an option on the app. I thought we had until Friday to buy a ticket for our own seat?

Click Buy Tickets
Click on your name and little figure top right corner
It brings up details about your season ticket and next matches and there will be a message in red saying about a seat being held for you - click on that is your own seat.

You can also buy tickets for people in your network who are down as ‘strong relationship’ but not the people who are just down as ‘friends and family’….
