This Saturday, digital ticketing is in use for the same groups as the season opener, with no further rollout so far There's no need to re-download your digital Season Card, you can use it again in exactly the same way.
If you're in one of these categories and downloaded and used your digital Season Card for the Millwall match, you can use it again in exactly the same way on Saturday. There is NO NEED TO RE-DOWNLOAD - the existing digital Season Card in the 'Wallet' of your smartphone or other device remains valid for entry. This remains the case, even if the digital Season Card still displays the previous Millwall match, or has moved to the 'Expired Passes' section of your Wallet, in which case you can select it and choose 'Unhide'.
Your digital Season Card may display a different, incorrect fixture from time to time during the week while we undergo testing. This is normal, and will correct itself ahead of matchday.
If you're in one of these categories but didn't come to the Millwall match, we would urge you to get your digital Season Card set up now. Visit our help section here, which has all the info you need.
If you are a Season Card holder and are NOT in one of these three categories, the digital ticketing plans do not yet apply to you, and on Saturday you should use your existing physical Season Card as normal. As shown in the graphic below, please TAP YOUR SEASON CARD to the reader for entry. Only printed match tickets should go in the mouth of the reader.
As ever, we urge supporters to arrive at the Riverside in plenty of time to gain easy access and avoid congestion at the turnstiles.
