Don’t think soFeels stage managed - Vaccinations start tomorrow (covid check), Deal agreed (Weds/Thursday - Brexit check)
Boris declares himself the messiah by Friday!
I mean it should be unthinkable and, were it anyone else it would be, but with this unprincipled lazy shyster....Is it entirely unthinkable that Johnson would actually ditch all of his own red lines and go full efta/EEA at the last minute?
He’s cornered along with all other Brexiteers in the cabinet and not in the cabinetI mean it should be unthinkable and, were it anyone else it would be, but with this unprincipled lazy shyster....

No deal it is and incredible hardship on this poor country
These Tory toffs will try and sell it as rule Britannia though and get your tin hats on because the eu are evil
The spin will be in full swing against the eu
They aren't allowed to compromise. The people have instructed the government. That'll be the spin but not sure it'll work this time when reality bites. All but the most gullible will realise we could have had a deal if we were willing to compromise.
Not sure how much even the most ardent brexiter will care about fishing rights if they lose their job or struggle to afford to feed their family.
Still think there'll be a deal mind. If we had sane government I'd be certain of it.
I'm sorry but why do you hope someone, who has a different opinion to you, suffersIs the record stuck on 350m a week for the NHS ?
Or we’ve got our country back bollox!
Hope you’re one of those workers that will be working longer hours and have little working rights in 5 years.

The eu will never compromise the single market so Boris needs to shift significantly to get a deal and if he does he will be finished as leader because the Tories are full of Brexiteers (a majority now) and they care more about sovereignty than jobs
I assume it is because the reality is that this deal means people will suffer. It's only just that those who wanted it experience it's consequences.I'm sorry but why do you hope someone, who has a different opinion to you, suffers
Fishing rights will get sorted. AgreeIf you read what the sticking points are though it's not really too much of a compromise required at this point.
Fishing rights are more symbolic than anything else. Some fudge there to be expected enabling both sides to claim victory.
Level playing field - this has always been non negotiable and in any case the government line has been we'll maintain or even improve environmental standards and workers rights anyway (obviously a lie, but still presentationally not too hard a sell).
Agreeing dispute resolution shouldn't be that hard either.
If we end up with no deal because of those things, it'll be because we actually wanted no deal all along. The hardcore brexiters in the party certainly do. And its definitely a possibility.
It’ll be number 3 unless Boris fore goes his political career and gives in to the eu rules because they won’t budge on those two issues of state aid and level playing field because that compromise the single market and that will never happen.I’m struggling to understand the Brussels visit,
Clearly it could all be said/done by phone, zoom etc.
In normal circumstances I’d be thinking they want to be together and it’s positive
I’m thinking 3 potential scenarios
1. They emerge smiling announcing the deal
2. They emerge together announcing couldn’t agree but still bessie mates
3. Johnson leaves and holds his own presser saying - they were being totally unreasonable, and, as agreed with everyone back home, I’ve taken back control

Political career because the erg and other softer Brexiteers will slowly kill him off as pm. None of them will vote for it but labour would to avoid a no deal scenario
