I really want to like him as I do appreciate the way he looks to play forward and he can definitely see a through ball.

It's a concentration thing I think, that crossfield misplaced pass in the 1st half where he took out at least 3 of our players still makes me cringe now.

I think he can come good, just needs to keep switched on.

Every game in pre season he’s made mistakes though and today he again he did it 3 or 4 times. He just doesn’t suit the way we play at all in my opinion. Can’t get away with him and don’t think I will ever take to him, just not my type of footballer

Didn’t pay much for him at least but am mystified as to how he got so many asisists at Rotherham as he rarely creates anything.

Yep. It’s as simple as that. You can’t give the ball away as much as he does. Some very simple passes just straight to the opposition

Needs a good run of games for me, he has the eye but he most definitely isn’t howson and I don’t think him and Hackney compliment each other.

Maybe howson and barlaser should play Midweek.

Not for me. Get him on the bench where he belongs. Mowatt was better than him.

Honestly he offers absolutely nothing. Can’t run, can’t tackle and his passing and concentration is just not at the required level.
