Ashes predictions

I really donā€™t see us losing it. Could imagine another 2-2 draw or a narrow 3-2 win. They havenā€™t won a series here for 22 years and while that run will come to an end at some point, I donā€™t think the time is now with some of the quality England have.
That ignores what really happened in 2019. Australia retained the Ashes in 4 tests, and didn't really bother with the dead rubber fifth test.

With respect, thatā€™s absolute rubbish. It wasnā€™t a ā€œdead rubberā€ as theyā€™d have much rather won the ashes 3-1 than scrapped ā€œretaining" the Ashes with a tight 2-2 draw, if you know any Australian cricket fans they're lying if they say otherwise. What makes you think they ā€œdidnā€™t really bother with itā€?

There is no such thing as a dead rubber in test cricket either, with the way the rankings system works, and certainly not in the Ashes.

I mean, whatever agenda you have to try and discredit the England team's performance, it was a 2-2 draw and thatā€™s a fact. It simply doesnā€™t ā€œignoreā€ anything.

No doubting the quality that still remains in their side but we have come on leaps and bounds since the last series, should be close.
Pleased to see no Mitchell Starc.

I can't see a draw in any game unless rain intervenes.
I think it will be the Smith and root show, I have high hopes for Brook to make a big contribution.
Iam a optimist so I will go 3-2 to England

He got away with the inside edge and then was out to a slightly wider ball. Hazlewood did him really.

Missing the voice of Shane Warne talking sense about the Ashes.
I'm enjoying KP. Think he said the field is as if both batters are over a century, no attempt to stop the singles and allowing the run rate to chug along without as much pressure to risk hitting boundaries.
