Thought he was excellent today. The pace of the game didn't seem too much for him which was my only concern really.
We don't really know if he did what Carrick instructed him to do but from a fans viewpoint he looked really good. And you'd expect him to get better and better!

He gave a very positive interview after the game, about the Club and the Fans. He said he could feel the passion and he had never felt that sort of passion before. I think id he stays fit etc we are going to have a good season from him. I agree about the Hammy comment.

Hopefully he will be a great player for us, we need someone who breaks the play up......he could be that missing link.
