Famous people who fooled you with their real accent.

Mike Skinner(The streets) I have been listening to them since I was a teenager and always assumed he was a cockney. It was only 6 or 7 years ago I realised he was actually a Brummie.
 
Tony Booth from Til Death Us Do Part, tho he was born in LIverpool in 'real' life he didn't sound like the 'scouse git' at all
 
Here's 1 for you for those who remember Duncan Norvelle the guy who used to Camp it up chase me chase me & all that.

Back when I was a spotty teenager helping a mate who did a mobile disco he was doing this Christmas thing durham way & Duncan Norvelle was the main act.

I was backstage & he came out of his dressing room he asked someone to pop to the bar for him. He asked them in the broadest deep gravelly accent to get him a pint of bitter complete opposite to the camp voice he used onstage.
 
Saw Bradd Pitt in snatch for the first time, I couldn't believe it when I heard his American accent later, who would have known actors can put on accents?

I thought Timothy Spall was a brummie for at least 3 decades.

Also, it was only recently that I realised that the famous “what are you?” From the “What are you?”, “I’m Batman” scene in Tim Burton’s Batman was spoken by Christopher Fairbank.
