Absolutely I have lots of friends in Baltimore, I lived there for two years and my apartment building and favourite bar were in it, my friends were amazed at Idris being English, couldn’t get there heads around lad it. McNulty accent is less convincing
Portugese/English ?I had no idea Eric Dier was German
well yes, but he sounds bad stillI guess stringer was always meant to be true Baltimore, where as Jimmy was “Irish” Baltimore
I know I should have got used to it by now but it still blows me away that Idris is English. I totally see him as Stringer Bell.Going back a bit… Jimmy mcnulty and Stringer Bell in the wire!
Yeah Peter Dinklage's real accent is the one he has in In Bruge, he's American. Some good accents in game of thrones. Peter Dinklage is American isn't he?
And the lass who played Jon Snow's bit of rough (and is married to Kit Harrington). She practically speaks the King's English in real life.
Yeah Peter Dinklage's real accent is the one he has in In Bruge, he's American.
Holy moly… I’m astonished that isn’t him! I watched it again a month agoI’ll let you into a little (pun intended) secret…
…Peter Dinklage isn’t in In Bruges.
That reminds me of Aliadiere’s bizarre accent
Not if you saw his recent interview at Bayern. Sounded like he was checking in to Fawlty TowersPortugese/English ?
And Michael Caine is a Londoner, no ideaI had no idea Sean Connery was Scottish.
His accents were so convincing.
And I was surprised when I first heard Christopher Fairbank speak and realised he’s not a scouserTimothy Spall. Even though he's been in a billion things, growing up on Auf Wiedersehen, Pet means he always has a brummy accent in my head
