That’s true but it was still refreshing to hear. Wilder talks the talk but he’s proved in the past he can walk the walk and that’s the difference, his record is outstanding

I didn't know what he meant by that, did he mean players were already abroad or they would be off on their holidays tomorrow when they should be in for a face to face on Monday?
 
Excellent interview and just what was needed to set things up nicely for next season. Hopefully that will also put all the Burnley speculation to bed once and for all too.

He has a real air of arrogance and self confidence about him.. it’s time to back that up now 🤞🏼👍🏼
 
I’m not sure what it all meant, they are obviously players out of contract that won’t be coming back but nothing new there.

People talking about McNair but what’s he going to do put him on the transfer list? Does that still exist?

Clearly Spence isn’t coming back but it sounds like that one or more of Tav,McNair, Fry or Jones is going to be sold.

I think it might be Jones. He talked about him recently seeking sympathy for an injury when he should be more effective.
 
To be honest anyone can go for the greater good, we hold onto players too long, always have done.
Sell and buy better, we need strength, physical and mental, our players are too weak.
Wilder knows the game, he will get it right.
So disappointed after todays game, we were shambolic, players don't deserve to wear the red shirt, Wilder knows that as well.
Thank you again to the travelling masses, we deserved so much more.

Our collective psyche does seem to be incredibly fragile. It doesn't seem to take much for our game to game confidence to go down the pan.
