Rumour on X that we're after him on loan. 19 year old striker from Spurs. Looks a big lad, similar to Coburn.
 
This is the kind of transfer we should be aiming for, rather than spending big money on Archer when we already have a top class striker at the club.
 
Top scorer in the U21 league so is a clear hot prospect. If there is truth in this loan, then clearly Josh is out on loan or sold

This is a difficult question -

We struggled with only two strikers this season because of injury.

So we probably need to add a young lad to compete with Coburn/Lath. I personally think Lath has the skills needed to play a Forss role out wide or an Akpom role deeper... but you probably want your best 9, playing 9.

rn ready and does he have the right skillset to be Lath's backup? I'm not entirely convinced. Think he will get loaned out for a year and we will buy a a CF who can also play 10 or LW. giving us three up top options, four if you include Forss, but the spurs lad would be the bench option not getting masses of game time

Long old season …. I don’t think any championship club would guarantee Spurs he will be first choice, and rightly so, but I would imagine they will want to test him at that level even if it’s for 20 games etc
