Will Isaiah reach his potential at boro?

This thread was never created to ridicule or abuse and I don’t see any of that on the thread.

We all hope we will see the jones of that spell in the 21/22 season under wilder, I think we all are behind him and want him to do well.

I didn’t see you resurrect this thread when he came on ha hull and created 6 chances

But as soon as you deemed to have a poor game you resurrected the thread. Pretty poisonous in my view

He looked non league is a personal attack too
Basic football skills severely lacking, he looked non league today. He needs to be coached or I don’t see him having a future here.

There is a mention of the hull game if you can find it.

I’m not sure what you’re gaining from creating drama out of nothing.

We all have our opinions right or wrong.

Hill game was 19th April, the post I quoted was May 1st, post before is 4th april

You jumped all over a perceived bad performance at the first opportunity, but you didn’t come on to praise the good when it happened

Been consistent in my view of Jones on here - many have a very different opinion to which like me, they are entitled to express. Having read the Jones interview I have chosen not to comment on Jones anymore as he clearly trying to send a message to Boro fans . I leave the decision on his abilities and value to the team to Carrick, Woodgate et al.

Trouble is you think anyone who doesn't agree with your opinions are wrong and who you can deny you have ridiculed the lad is behond me

So if you were impressed by Jones in that spell of 21/22 under Wilder and want him to rediscover that form why have you labelled him a non-league player?

Just because he's had a dip in form (we now know the reason behind this) doesn't make him a non league player.
How do we know the last year and a bit has been a dip in form and that the two months previous wasn’t him playing above himself, or that he was an unknown quantity and hasn’t been figured out by opposing managers?

We will only know that in another 6 months, but both versions are possible

I think people are struggling with the difference or are just changing what was said.

Or you're trying just trying to rewrite history with what you were saying over and over and over.

In your own words, even when he was comfortably our best player last season, you thought he was lacking basic football skills and wasn't good enough but he only got away with it because of his pace.

"But I sure do want him to do well."

I think he gets away with a lot because of his pace, his footballing attributes currently aren’t good enough for our level currently.

Nothing I’ve said has been out of order or inaccurate from what I’ve seen.

Some agree with me and some disagree with me.

That’s football.
