What changes would you make to this country if you were Prime Minister to make it a better place?

I’d remove profit from anything that could be defined as a necessity. For example, I would nationalise all utilities, with any surplus put towards improving service, creation of real jobs, infrastructure.
I’d ensure anyone who traded or made a living here paid tax. If you want to charge the earth for something people don’t need (Gucci handbag, Rolex watch etc) go for you life, but you can’t fleece people who rely upon things they can’t do without!

I was working in Whitehaven and we had a little office there so I spent a few months there. I quite like it over there, it's nice and quiet.

It's not a newspaper. It's propaganda and should be clearly identifiable/labelled as such.

Changing the name to "the daily what our tax dodging billionaires want you to think" would be a good start.
 
-Scrap the TCPA
-Scrap the green belt
-let people Build their own houses
-Build more social housing
-Ban pavement parking
-Scrap the NHS, switch to European insurance system.
- increase capital spending and finish off properly all the projects that should have done years ago e.g. hs2, hs3, ox-cam arc etc
 
Undo the disaster that is neoliberal economics.

Take companies such as National Grid back into public ownership.
 
Just been to the doctors with a very sore trigger finger on right hand.....had one sorted out about 4 yrs ago on left hand....I was told today the NHS isn't available for trigger finger procedures now and I have to go private...I was absolutely gob smacked so If I was prime minister I would make 100% sure our NHS is funded properly and be there for what it was intended for..free at the point of use
And then I'd ask Hunt....the man I hold most responsible for the state the NHS is in at the moment, to come down to the cellar as I need a quiet word with him.....fkn scumbag
