What changes would you make to this country if you were Prime Minister to make it a better place?

Bigger taxes on those making stupid profits on a house simply cos they re in london. Usually some poky property at that...which up north would cost far less. Just personal grudge of mine from knowing a couple of people who have benefitted and gloated about it.
 
Exempt public sector organisations from paying compensation for claims against them, as it's not their money to give away. Instead, employees would be sanctioned or if needs be, fines imposed. I anticipate fewer claims would result, and of those, fewer would be upheld.

Bring back plain chocolate Bounty bars.

Much greater collective bargaining for all jobs

Fair taxation system (the last two should in effect increase salaries while allowing for a higher tax burden which can be reinvested in everything these crooked ar5eholes have let to go to pot over the last 13 years).
