It's worth checking the whole album out, and finding out a bit about Pone's recording of it. You can find the album on most free sites. I think it'd be right up your street mate. Oh yes, justifying the "cover" idea and using the original artist, he's altered the breathing rhythm to his own artificially driven rhythm and created something the same but different, surely the essence of a cover.
