Unusual cars you like

For the petrol heads on here are there any cars you like that other petrol heads go "huh?" at?

For me it's the Vauxhall Adam. In my lifetime Vauxhall have made exactly 2 cars that petrol heads can like: the VX220 turbo and the Monaro/VRX yet I really love the Adam. it's a quirky little city car with all the cheap to run, cheap to buy qualities of a Corsa but none of the dull as dishwater, "just a car" styling.

I'm really sad they stopped making them, an e-adam would have been the perfect city car for modern times.

The Datsun Sunny. Good little runners.

Renault 5 - Had one in the 90s - was a bit of a joke at the time but just kept on going and wouldn't die!

We have a Renault Clio that we bought for £400 7 years ago and it is the same. Refuses to die.

The original DS is a quirky thing of beauty.
I'd say the TR7 deserves a shout out if you can get hold of one of the later models or one that has been upgraded properly and hasn't been botched.

I'm currently lusting after the new 2021 Ford Bronco, but I'd actually like an original one too (just not a white one like the one OJ Simpson drove in the world's slowest car chase!)

Driven all 3. If you ever get a chance to drive or own a VR4 I'd fully recommend it.
Bulletproof engines, enough space inside to sleep and when the twin turbos kick in it feels like you've been dropkicked by a dinosaur. A true street sleeper.

I always had a little fancy for a VW Dormobile.

I like the idea of driving and then finding a spot to park up for the night and then drive off - no hassle with caravans or tents - a bit like cowboys of the Wild West.
