Alright having 6 strikers when 4 of them are Viduka, JFH, Maccarone and Nemeth did we have Job and Graham at the same time too?
 
Akpom and Watmore have reportedly had bids in for them , Coburn is going out on loan , Hoppe and Forss are projects ?
Leaving Muniz . I expect
A big lad up front to compliment him .
A proven no 10
2 defensive Midfielders .
If Watmore / Akpom and Coburn do go out , 2 more in to replace them .
If Fry goes , a similar commanding CH .

I don't think we'd have spent £2.5m on a striker to play in the u23s or to loan out - Hoppe will get some minutes I think

I have cracked it! I’ve cracked the transfer code! £3m, Free and Loan! of course we will ‘miss out’ on any ‘targets’ we are of course heading for the deadline day special saving us millions upon millions yet still somehow packing the same punch as dropping £30m

one tenth of the price, one third of the outlay and double your money on the resale.

Two big questions for me:

1. We will sign another forward, but will it be a technical player like Larsen who can score but more importnatly create opportunity for himself, space for others, and deliver balls to a partner OR will it be a physical focal point to bully CBs. It's a brain vs brawn decision

2. Do we get a CDM on loan from the prem such as Ampadu or do we look at another McGree style, a creative 8. Someone that runs with the ball, commits players and offers a goal threat, i.e. someone like Elliot Anderson who is 8th choice midfielder at Newcastle and unlikely to get game time. Do we tighten the defence to protect from the counter attack, or do we expand our creativity in central midfield to fight against the packed defences we saw at Reading.

I don't have an answer or personal choice....well being greedy I'd want both of those midfielders and both of them forwards, but that isn't going to happen
 
I'd still like for us to sign one more striker. I'll feel much more confident having at least one striker at the club who has a proven track record of scoring goals - something we don't have at the moment.

Coburn will go out on loan, and I still believe one of either Watmore or Akpom will be sold, so that will leave us with Muniz, Hoppe, Forss, Watmore/Akpom. Definitely room for one more striker.

We definitely still need another DM and CM bringing in as well.

Watmore will likely be sold, Coburn out on loan if he is fit - leaving Akpom, Muniz, Forss and Hoppe, with another striker incoming. Akpom is the gift, the extra we didnt bargain for.

cant see us buying a CDM - Howson plus McNair for that role

Think we need a more attacking creative type of player
