Tories win local election in Normanby

Anyone who isn't remarkably rich and corrupt who has voted for the Tories is scum. Simple as that.

Starving families, freezing in their homes. Families dreading Christmas because they have nothing, and all the mental health issues that come with it.

There are no excuses anymore, it's not even dressed up any longer. Tories are a racist, corrupt regime and everyone knows it and so it's shameful that 37% of the vote went their way.

A disgusting stain on the area.

I can’t stand the tories but there are some things that Labour need to learn locally. This is a very pro brexit area. When you have the likes of Anna turley campaigning it’s just not going to sit well with that demographic

We seen a similar effect hartlepool.

It’s just one of those daft results which means nothing, particularly if independents have skewed the result by getting their friends to vote for them.

I wouldn’t be expecting the Tories to win the next election on the back of this.

But it is the worrying state of our politics that the only reason Labour look even close to getting in is because they've finally become in some people's minds the least worst option.

The fact they aren't miles ahead speaks volumes.
 
I am in the Teesville Ward and didn't get to vote in this council election but when I saw who the Labour candidate I can understand why she didn't get the votes. I did think the independent candidate would have got in.

The turnout of 1039 is pathetic.

That’s the reason I won’t be voting Labour at the next election if she’s put up by Labour.

They are miles ahead in most of the country, the only places that they are not are the flat earth brexiter territory.
 
Truly unbelievable from Normanby. Just how bad does it have to get before realise how shockingly bad a Tory Government is?

They may not have enough to win. Which considering the scandals of this toxic government is absolutely shocking.
