Tonight's tipple...

This thread starts earlier each week!

Anyroad, Kernel again. I have one Jever left but that might have to wait until later in the weekend. Various wheat beers lined up.
I've a couple of bottles of Paulaner actually, so could be tempted with those too. I like an occasionaly wheat beer though couldn't drink it all night.

This is my tipple of choice tonight:

Because after all, it's Mexico somewhere!
I’ve never been able to get away with Tequila, even when I lived in Mexico and tried it regularly, but hope you enjoy it. Certainly looks attractive.

I’m more a hobgoblin man myself, but tonight I’m on the Reverend James (fnar, fnar, hoof, hoof, yik, yik!)

I’m just starting to get into it. This is a nice supping one although I’m still not used to the harshness.
I really want to get in to tequila. I was at a wedding in Cancun and I got wasted on pricey tequilas yet woke up in the morning hangover free. I can live with that!

We used to have it regularly but I could never get used to it, probably the harshness as you say. Having said that it was preferable to Tecate which was battery acid in a tin. haha!

I suppose though any spirit can be harsh or smooth, brandy and whisky being examples, and I guess it depends on your personal palate as to which you will enjoy.👍

Was thinking just the same, it's like flipping early bird season ticket renewals. :giggle:

Nothing for me tonight either, I'm supposed to be off it again until the pubs reopen, though I can see me having a few ales with the rugby tomorrow.
