Let's sack him then and let a new manager bring new players in and we can start all over again building a team.

Or, we can grow a pair, realise we are going through a tough period and try and work through it. I agree Silvera should have been taken off earlier, hopefully Jones will start on Saturday and we can get one or two other vital players fit to play some part. We need to work on McGree's fitness, who seems to be a yard short from last season and hopefully we can start creating chances for our forwards.

Did I say sack him?

You've complained about people criticising him, saying they're just being fickle.

He's getting things wrong right now, and we're currently having the worst start to a season in our entire history, he should be criticised.

Don’t think that’s quite right because 12 would take us back to a run that included Luton which we lost but scored first in I thought? Eleven still shocking though.
 
Really got to try something different formation wise on Saturday as we don’t have full backs, simply got to revert to Wilder’s tactics. In fact Chris is still out of work….have you seen his CV?!

He’s all fur coat and no knickers. He had the chance tonight, twice, with time and space to find a good cross but failed. One of his crosses went ridiculously behind the goal. As usual, he faded again.

No, I said that sarcastically to your and other poster's comments. The thing is though, if you aren't going to back him, which you are very critical and vocal about, it tends to give people the impression that is what you want.

Personally speaking I certainly haven't turned against Carrick, what he did last season was not only remarkable, but the most fun I've had watching us in years? I respect him as a bloke and like his approach too.

But whilst he seems to have been shat on a fair amount by recruitment, he's certainly made some head-scratching decisions tonight
