Really think we're playing Silvera in a way much more suitable to his skillset than we were. Still haven't made my mind up on him but he's showing decent potential to settle in nicely right now.

We are far too passive here. Especially with our passing. They seem up for it more than us.

The casual / calm approach from Carrick is admirable - but I think our players take it too literal at times. Too many games we're slow, ponderous and sloth-like both physically and mentality without any tempo or urgency to anything what we do. It's so infuriating. Then we'll go a goal down and suddenly step up 3 gears.
