When would that be exactly? I'm not sure that I'd ever be expecting anyone to pull my pants down. That's probably because I don't wear any pants.
 
One slip up is nearly always going to be punished when you're pushing for a top two spot.

We've been running hot for weeks, so a drop off in performance was always going to happen at some point.

Set pieces will dig some sides out of a subpar hole, and they're definitely a string we need to add to our bow. As good as we've been, there's still plenty to work on.

Got stretchered off after a broken nose and what looked like a possible concussion, he was on oxygen and looked really out of sorts.

Dike elbowed him in the face, referee saw it as fair play.
 
First goal was, I believe, offside, second one came off that momentum. CBs nose got broken by a stray elbow and the ref did nothing. They also played very well. Sometimes they just don't go your way. We go again.
 
Ah well, bit of a reality check. Still a lot to play for, we need to get back to winning or we could easily slide down league again. 2nd looks a long way away again now.

Yeah wouldn't have made much difference but if referees are unwilling to protect players from broken nose and concussion the game really has gone. Will be interested if Carrick mentions it.

Aye we saw he didn't stop play but didn't know what had happened. Hope he's ok.

The ref has a duty to protect players. If you lead with your elbow when jumping and catch another player you are off. Dike knew McNair was behind and put his elbow into his face.

West Brom had their plan drawn down to the last dot.
They carried it out to the letter.
We`ve no complaints, but I wouldnt want to be Reading next week!
 
70% possession but only a couple of real chances. We looked a better team than them IMO but it's goals that count

It would an have made an interesting VAR decision the ref would have given a goal if it had gone in only for Var to rule it as a foul and quite possibly a red card for the boxer
