The Friday drink and dance!

Just had a few Krony, with the wife in the local. Lovely evening, meeting some old faces. Dancing isn’t my forte, but I’ve just been rem8nded that it’s one always gets us up.

No problem from me with PSB, looking forward to Manchester next May for the rearranged gig 👍
Just a Guinness tonight as driving early in the morning. I’ve just finished reading Johnny Marrs autobiography and thinking back about his collaboration with Bernard Sumner with Electronic, it eventually led me here. Enjoy.
I have tickets for the Birmingham gig. Love ‘em.

The music bores me. And Tennant's voice is rubbish.
Good job I have you on ignore so I can’t read anything you write on here.
Shame your mother didn’t tell you if you can’t say anything nice about anything don’t say anything at all.
Good night and thanks for spoiling my evening.

Anybody who likes HMHB is cool with me. They're past their best now (aren't we all?) but that was a brilliant album title, don't you think?
Great title. Some good songs on that album. Knobheads on quiz shows, ale house futsal, renfield’s afoot, etc.

only got into them because I lived in Chatteris when Achtung Bono came out. Glad I did. I never did find that first class cake shop.

Ah that’s a shame. I was actually joking because I like PSB very much and I just wanted you to post all their 159 songs. But hey you have me on ignore so you won’t be able to read this.

Renfield's Afoot is definitely my favourite song from that album. I'll post it here for those who don't know them:

Didn't realise that you were an REM fan. I remember telling you a while back that I loved The Blue Aeroplanes. First time that I saw them live was when they were supporting REM.

And they used to be a band called Art Objects.

Yes I know they played teesside uni.
Living in cambs I know they also played Cambridge corn exchange on that tour but it had sold out by the time I knew about it, was the infancy of the internet.
That is the only show of there’s i have missed. Apart from the one just after Neil Tennant came out and they went to South America to go all soft porn with the male dancers…still I’ve seen the DVD….😂
Is there a link to this? Just asking for a friend...
