The best concert/gig you've been to

Have literally been to hundreds over the last 25 years, but the one that stands out for me would be Queens Of The Stone Age, Kentish Town Forum in the early 2000's when Songs For The Deaf came out.

And that's not putting forward any of the amazing festival performances I've see too.

Tibetan Freedom Concert Washington DC in 98. The saturday got cancelled (girl got hit by lightening in the stand) so it was a one day concert with all the best bands of that era one after the other. Gutted that Kraftwork, The Verve, Patti Smith and Beck all got cancelled because of the incident but can't complain at who did play

Are you sure the Saturday one was cancelled as I'm sure there was footage of REM and Radiohead or Stipe and Yorke on YouTube. Could be from somewhere else I suppose.

Prince at the o2, August 1st 2007. The opening night of the 21 Nights in London residency. He opened with Purple Rain and it never dropped in quality once.

On a side note I once wandered into a tiny tent at Glastonbury at about 1 in the morning to find the Waterboys playing in front of about 500 people. It was sensational.

The Buzzcocks Birmingham 1988, closely followed by a Ray Davies acoustic at Glastonbury in 2009

Been to hundreds in my time, but I have just been to Bordeaux to a festival where the main band were The Bellrays and followed by Fuzzy Vox but the band of the night for me were Capsula one of the best gigs in 45 years of gigging

Frankly anything by the Prodigy. I've seen them live 14 times ranging from the 90s to 3 years ago at Brixton. A real 'assault on the senses'. Just amazing live.

It's great to see them touring again.... RIP Keith🙏
I saw The Prodigy/Public Enemy gig at Wembley arena a few years ago. I couldn't hear properly for about a week it was so loud. Brilliant night it was!
