Those polls are the same as they would be on here. They only have around 3000-5000 responses. Out of a population of 67,000,000 it's a small snapshot.Fair enough, so at least now you get that your viewpoint is not that of the entire country, as you claimed.
I see comments supporting my argument too, bit strange that you only recognise comments from one side, but that’s entirely up to you. The people I talk to, my family, my friends tend to align with the polls very well too, I think the last one I saw had 80% support for lockdowns a month ago. It’s probably lower now, but would doubt it’s less than half. So nowhere near your claims that the country doesn’t want it, and nowhere near people on here being a “vocal minority”. More like a vocal majority, if anything.
With regards to your friends, by “impacting on them”, do you try and tell them how to think? Or do you let them have an opinion?
Majority of areas under 200 cases per 100k now. That's only roughly 100 more than August last year.
