Sunderland Away Ticket Info

It's not just police advice, it's Boro too. We know from the Stoke debacle that MFC and Cleveland Police share a dossier of Boro fans they consider "high risk", even though there's never any real trouble at away games and they're still happy to sell tickets to those fans. All very frustrating.

I stunned anyone is suprised. They always give us a poor allocation. They usually spout 'on police advice'.

I don't want to sound bitter.... Yet I will. Just give them the same allocation they give us from now on.

The ground is massive and won't sellout. They could easily give us more tickets. I doubt it will be a decent crowd... I mean they don't care about us😉

It’s not a surprise they’ve slashed it, it’s surprising by how much. Under 2,000 is ridiculous.

The scramble for tickets would have been horrendous and caused so much upset. Surely this really poor allocation shows the value of a priority point system.
An online scramble for all season ticket holders is the fair way. They've all forked out to support their club. It shouldn't be restricted to those with the good fortune to have the time and money to spend on other clubs.

I think to have 220 you would have to have gone to every league and cup game the last 2 seasons. There will be less than a thousand who have. So probs a thousand for the no so die hard fans with 200+ points.

Lousy allocation and will just encourage people to try their luck in the home section I'm sure. I won't by the way, I'm not that crazy.

Plus you're probably too old to look like you got your tickets in school assembly when the headteacher was giving them away for free to every certificate winner.

Those who go to the most away games will have collected the most points.

Those with the most points get a better chance of a high in demand away ticket than those who don't attend as many away games and don't have as many points.

Loyalty scheme is pretty much as fair as can be.

Simple.

A season ticket holder attending 0 away games having the same chance of a high in demand away ticket as a season ticket holder who has attended a lot of away games is just plain wrong.

Fans that travel the length of the country watching Boro might have time and money but it will only be because of major sacrifices. Please do not dismiss those fans as somehow less worthy

I'm not dismissing them, they should have the same chance as the rest of the season ticket holders. It's the system that is dismissing season ticket holders.
