Steffen….behave yourselves.

He is constantly poor on crosses , passes to players who are rapidly closed down, you cannot constantly play out from the back against a very good mobile press like They had today . The easoer way to beat the press is go over the top at times , he is far to casual with the ball at feet and i sense the defenders at times do not want or need some of the short stuff that creates problems for them & its starting to show

Then that’s for Carrick to resolve.

Steffen and the team have clearly been told to play out from the back.

I don't think anyone can deny he was poor today, but he's been a good signing overall.
He's had bad games, but he's been good in more games than he's been bad.

The problem is that he's a loan, so people are always going to view him as temporary and replaceable.

He is a very good keeper but when he plays like that he is also sadly a liability as well.

Don't worry if he's not dropped for next game he will be for the cup game & that will be the last you see of him if he was any good a prem team would have taken him he is only a hindrance to our other keepers now roll on Jan for him to go home.

It’s 5 minutes since he was the best we’ve had since Randolph, best since Skippy etc.

One poor game and there’s seriously people wanting to send him back.

Behave.

He’s been very unconvincing since day one, I don’t think people’s ire are based on this game. I thought he was very lucky to get his place back when Roberts did so well in his absence.

Wouldn’t be surprised if there was something in his loan deal that says he has to play.

He's been decent for a month or so. So I'll give him a break.

He had a mare today. Its also not the first time this season. I can't believe how laid back he looks. I guess it's a 'city' thing.

I'm not saying he needs dropping or that he's a flop. Yet.... I can only imagine we are paying a fecking fortune in wages and loan fees for him (like Muniz and Mowett). I'm not sure he's remotely 'worth' what we will be paying.

Roberts is our keeper on a 2 year contract. I didn't see that much difference in quality between the two in his brief spell as No1. I'd rather develop him as longterm keeper. Just like I'd rather we 'developed' Coburn ahead of Muniz.
